Exchange/Return Policy
Cancellation of your order:
- Every order is generally fulfilled within 24 hours of order placement. Orders once placed on our website are only eligible for cancellation until they are shipped from our warehouse. For COD orders, we will call you for order confirmation before shipping. Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded as per customers choice of receiving a refund in your original payment mode. (5% deduction as Payment Gateway charges).
Return policy:
Important Point to be noted:
- Items bought on Sale and Clearance Sale will not be exchanged.
- Incase of any defects and missing items we will need a first time unboxing video. Exchange will not process if the video is not provided.
- Exchanges are accepted within 24 hours after the product has been received.
- Items which are not informed for returns within 24 hours / not received by us within 5 days, are not eligible for returns.
- If there are visible signs of wear, washing or any other defect on the product, the product will be shipped back to the customer and the exchange will not be processed.
- Rs. 150 will be charged to the customer for the reverse pickup.
- All our products undergo multiple levels of quality checks and sent. In case of quality not meeting your expectation, no money refund will be given.
Applicable Deductions:
- For any online prepaid transactions, where the amount is deducted from your card/wallet and the order confirmation is not received, please contact us before you place another order so that we can duly confirm if your transaction was captured. In case of a new order placed before confirming with us, 5% towards the payment gateway charges will be deducted from the transaction amount before refund.
- Total of ₹250 towards the non-acceptance of prepaid orders will be deducted towards the forward and reverse shipment of the order being shipped back to our warehouse.
